1. CHANGE OWNERSHIP
For leaders accountable for planning, driving and delivering change. This is our flagship program designed to equip leaders with the skills and confidence needed for the end-to-end delivery of change.
Module 1 — The Change Owner Mindset and Skillset
(3 hours)Understand the role, responsibilities and mindset of an effective change owner
Identify the skills and behaviours that distinguish change owners who deliver results from those who struggle
Identify the common pitfalls change owners fall into and how behavioural science can help you avoid them
Module 2 — The Changely Method and Framework
(3 hours)Understand the core principles and methodology that underpin effective change management
Apply the Changely Method as the framework for planning and delivering your change initiative
Recognize how adoption and resistance show up at each stage of the change journey and what drives them
Module 3 — Defining and Assessing the Change
(3 hours)Define the business and adoption outcomes your change initiative intends to deliver
Assess the full impact of your change across people, process and technology
Identify which stakeholder groups are most at risk of resistance and why
Module 4 — Building the Plan
(3 hours)Build a detailed change plan grounded in behavioural science and change management methodology
Design targeted interventions that drive adoption and address resistance for each stakeholder group
Design a measurement plan to track engagement, readiness and adoption throughout the initiative
Module 5 — Executing, Monitoring and Sustaining the Change
(3 hours)Execute your change plan, measure progress and pivot and reinforce as needed to stay on track
Identify and address resistance using behavioural science principles and targeted interventions
Evaluate when your initiative has reached sustainment and the change is embedded successfully

Module 2 — Understanding the Change and Its Impact
Assess how change will impact your team across their roles, responsibilities and day to day work
Translate the impacts into clear and meaningful context for your team, and communicate in a way that builds understanding, reduces anxiety and maintains trust
Identify what your team needs to move through the change successfully and communicate those needs to implementation teams
Module 3 — The Human Side of Change
Apply behavioural science principles to understand how your team is experiencing the change and what is driving their reactions
Recognize the signs of resistance and disengagement early and take targeted action to address them
Module 4 — Monitoring and Supporting Through Transition
Monitor your team's progress through the change and adjust your approach as needed
Know when and how to escalate concerns, resource gaps or competing priorities
